cs2coach Terms of Service

1. The service

cs2coach is an online review tool for CS2 teams and coaches: upload demos, then replay, analyse and organise them in the browser. We keep improving the service, so features may be added, changed or removed; during the open beta the service may be interrupted or contain errors.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your sign-in details safe.
• Only upload demos and recordings that you have the right to use.
• Don't disrupt or attack the service, scrape data in bulk, work around plan limits, or resell the service to others.

3. Plans and prices

• The plans page states which features, seats and storage the Free plan and each paid plan include.
• Online subscriptions are priced in US dollars. Prices exclude any tax that may apply, which is shown separately on the payment page.
• Plans priced in Chinese yuan are not sold online: we activate them manually, they do not renew automatically, and the payment method is agreed separately. Section 6 of these terms applies to them as well.
• We give notice before changing prices. A period you have already paid for is not affected; the new price applies from the next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

• Subscriptions are paid in advance for a month or a year. At the end of each period the subscription renews automatically and your saved payment method is charged, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry over the following days and notify the team's admins. If it still fails, the subscription ends and the team goes back to the Free plan.
• Upgrading a plan or adding seats takes effect immediately; the difference for the rest of the current period is calculated and charged right away. Removing seats takes effect from the next period.

5. Cancellation

A team admin can cancel the subscription at any time under Billing in “Members & settings”. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: until then everything keeps working, after that you are not charged again and the team goes back to the Free plan. The team's data is kept, subject to the Free plan's limits and retention period.

6. No refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to: cancelling in the middle of a period, unused time, downgrading a plan, removing seats, deleting your account or deleting a team.
• This does not cover duplicate charges or amounts overcharged through our own error: we return those once verified.
• This section does not affect any rights you have under mandatory law where you live.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK)

If you are a consumer, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. When you subscribe to cs2coach, you expressly ask for the service to begin immediately after payment and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once it has begun.

8. Your content

What you and your team upload and create belongs to you. You allow us to store, process and display it in order to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or match results; our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time on the “Account” page. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or end your account's or your team's use of the service; amounts already paid are not refunded.

11. Changes and contact

When these terms change we update the version date at the top of the page, and we give notice of significant changes in advance. Questions about these terms or about billing: [email protected].
