The utility view lists every grenade thrown in your current set and draws it on the map, so you can work out a team's utility habits.

Looking at the utility thrown in the filtered rounds

Open it

  1. On “Round analysis”, filter down to a set of rounds first.
  2. Click “Utility” at the top.

The list is on the left, the map on the right.

Reading the map and the list

  • On the map, each grenade is a line from where it was thrown to where it landed. The throw position is a small dot coloured by side; the landing is a larger dot coloured by grenade type.
  • In the list, each row is one grenade: type, thrower, round, and how many seconds after the round went live it was thrown.
  • Hover a row in the list or a landing on the map and that grenade stands out while the others fade.

Filter the grenades

  • Type: Smoke, Flash, Molotov, HE grenade, Decoy. Pick several; with none picked you see all of them.
  • Side: “Both sides”, CT or T.
  • Thrower: “All players” or a single player.

The numbers above the list are how many grenades are shown out of the total.

Select a landing area

To find out who threw what at one spot:

  1. Click “Select landing area”.
  2. Drag a rectangle on the map.
  3. The list keeps only the grenades that landed inside it.

You can also hold Shift and drag on the map without clicking the button. Click “Clear area” to remove the selection.

See how it was thrown

Click a row in the list, or a landing on the map, to open that round in the 2D replay, paused at the moment the grenade was thrown.

Common cases

It says the current set has no grenades Go back to “Round list” and check that rounds are ticked; an empty set means an empty list here.

It says no grenades match Loosen the type, side or thrower, or clear the selected area.

A landing on the other level is hard to see On maps with two levels, switch with “Upper” / “Lower”. Grenades that landed on the other level are faded.
