Seats and guests
Admins, analysts and players take one seat each. Guests don't take a seat.
Seats are the places for a team's full members. Guests aren't counted, so an outside coach or someone dropping in only needs a guest invite.

Guests
Guests can watch the team's replays but can't upload or change anything. One person can be a guest of several teams at once. When inviting, choose the “Guest (outside coach)” role — see Invite your teammates.
Common cases
Someone sees “The team has no free seats” when joining Three ways out: remove members who are no longer active; have the person join as a guest; or, on the Team plan, add seats — the price is on the plans page, and Trial, subscription and renewal explains how.
A guest can't be made a player Roles that take a seat need a free one. Free up a seat first.
