Roles and permissions

A team has four roles — admin, analyst, player and guest. They differ mainly in uploading, deleting and managing members.

Every member has one role in a team. All roles can watch replays; the difference is in what they can change.

The four roles

  • Admin (coach): the person who created the team. Manages members, the plan and the team profile, and can do everything.
  • Analyst: handles demos like an admin, but can't manage members or the plan.
  • Player: uploads demos, watches replays, takes part in notes and strats.
  • Guest: an outside coach or someone dropping in. Watches without changing anything, and doesn't take a seat.

Analysis, strats, the 3D view, voice and sharing also depend on the team's plan — see How the plans differ.

Your own content

Playlists can be edited and deleted by whoever created them, or by an admin. Notes can be deleted by their author or an admin. Strats can be edited by anyone except guests, but only their creator or an admin can delete them.

Changing a role

An admin changes it right in the member list under “Members & settings”. Turning a guest into any other role needs a free seat — see Seats and guests.

Leaving a team

Any member can remove themselves in the member list. After leaving you can't see the team's content and need a new invite to come back; the demos you uploaded and the notes you wrote stay with the team.
