Round filter

On the round analysis page, pick a map and some demos, then filter by side, economy, opening kill and more to get the rounds you want to study.

The round filter is the left side of the “Round analysis” page: choose a map and demos, set your filters, and the “Round list” on the right shows only the rounds that match. The overlay, heatmap and utility views all work on that same batch of rounds.

Picking conditions narrows the round list

Build a set of rounds

  1. Open “Round analysis” and pick a map on the left. You analyse one map at a time.
  2. Tick the demos you want. All demos on that map are ticked by default; “Select all” and “Clear” are right below.
  3. Set your filters. The top-left corner shows how many rounds match.
  4. In the “Round list”, untick any rounds you don't want. The ticked rounds are your current set.

Different filters all have to be true at once. Within one group (say you picked both eco and force buy under economy), matching any one of them is enough.

What you can filter by

  • Side and result: “Us on CT” or “Us on T”, “We won” or “We lost”, and how the round ended (bomb exploded, bomb defused, elimination, time ran out and so on).
  • Economy: pistol round, eco, force buy or full buy, separately for your team and for the opponent.
  • Events: “Our opening kill” or “Their opening kill”; planted at “A site”, “B site” or “No plant”; “Defused” or “Not defused”.
  • Players: the selected player got a kill or died in the round.
  • Weapon: someone got a kill with that weapon in the round.
  • Round number range: for example only rounds 1 to 12.

“Clear filters” takes you back to no filtering.

How the economy is worked out

It comes from the team's total equipment value when the buy time ends. Pistol rounds are their own category; for every other round, under $5000 is an eco, under $20000 is a force buy, and anything above is a full buy.

The round list

Each row is one matching round, with your side, the result, how it ended, both teams' economy, the opening kill, the plant and both teams' kills. The icon at the end of the row opens that round in the 2D replay.

“Add all to playlist” puts every matching round into a playlist.

Presets

Save the filters you use often: type a name under “Presets” and click the save button next to it. Later, click the preset's name to apply it. Presets are shared with the whole team. They store the filters only, not the map or demo selection. The person who created a preset, or an admin, can delete it.

Common cases

“Us” is the wrong team “Us” comes from the “Our team” setting of each demo. A demo without it is counted as team A, and the left panel tells you how many demos are affected. Set “Our team” for those demos in the demo library, then come back.

It says you're over the limit of 50 A set holds at most 50 rounds; beyond that only the first 50 are used. Tighten the filters, or untick some rounds in the list.

I changed a filter and my unticked rounds are ticked again Every time the filters change, the whole round list is ticked again.

No rounds match Loosen the filters, or tick more demos.
